Trying to find a replacement latch for this Viking window. Home was built in 1997 in Portland OR. Viking windows is no longer in business. I am the real estate agent for my elderly seller. Thanks for all the help possible to find this part.

Hi, Pam. This lock and keeper have been discontinued by the manufacturer. We suggest replacing the parts with 90-274 for the lock and 90-282 for the keeper. You might need longer screws for the keeper, but those can be sourced best at a local hardware store, where you can compare in person. See what you need to do.
