Viking sliding glass door roller replacement

Hello,
We have a Viking sliding glass door from the 1990's that needs to have all rollers replaced. The markings found on the inside window casing are as follows:

VIKING EMPSEAL A.L.I. VI-1 (or V1-1 or VI-I) CLASS A

Would this be enough information to find out which rollers we need to replace all rollers and make the door functional again?

Hi, Christy. Unfortunately, no, that isn't enough information to identify your rollers. We will need to see them, in all likelihood. Can you remove one from the door and take a photo, or find a way to take a photo of the roller still installed?
