Viking window Channel Balance

Question

Hello,

I'm looking for a new channel balance. It is marked 2340, is 24" long, appears to have a 19-005 top and a 15-002 shoe. I don't see this combination on your web site. Can you help?

We sure can. It'll just have to be a custom order. With that said, I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for your review.

You may also want to confirm that you have the 15-002 shoe and not the 15-001 shoe. Though they are different sizes, they look very similar and customers have confused them in the past. Compare their dimensions to your own shoe to see which is closer. If you have the 15-001 instead, please let me know and we can revise the quote.
