Viking window balance

A home owner from Redwood City, CA says:
Hi,
I have 4 windows that are entirely missing their window balance (ie they fall right back down when opened). The windows are branded "Viking" and the attached pics show what remains of the product labels. Can you assist me in finding the right balances for these windows.

Pls let me know what further measurements or info you may need.
Thanks!

Hello! We can definitely help with this project, but I'm afraid those stickers don't tell me anything. In order to identify which products in our catalog to recommend, we'll need better pictures of the balances out of the window.

We have three videos that I think will be helpful to you. I highly recommend watching each one to get a better idea of what information we need and what you can do to get it to us.

Ok, got what you asked for... see pics
Only one window had channels so I was able to reference that.
Channel length 18".

The height of the window with channel is 20.25". I have two windows that are same make/model seemingly but simply smaller in height at 17.25" . I am hoping I can just get the same channel minus 3" in length as all the other params seem the same.

Thanks!

Thank you for your photos. Starting off with your balance, have a look at our S395-18. This comes complete wit a 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Carefully compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm this is the correct match. If so, then you can go with the 1720 option that supports a sash weight of 8-12 pounds. As for your top sash guide, see if your measurements and specifications match up with our 18-008
