Viking window channel balance

Question

Hello.  Do you have a channel balance replacement part for a Viking vertical sliding window?  Stamp on the current channel balance is #2640.  Length is 27" and width is approximately 1/2". Photos attached.  Please let me know if you need any additional information.  Thank you.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S395-27 with the 2640 stamp option. This comes attached with a 1-1/8" deep shoe, so we recommend you measure yours to confirm it matches this.
