Viking window part

Question

The window balances are 24 inches overall length and are 1/2 inch wind. They are stamped with the number 2330. Can you please help to identify what to order. I need two of them. The window brand is Viking. Thank you!

Good morning, and thanks for posting. Looks like your top attachment is winged, while your bottom is not. I need to figure out what that bottom shoe is before I can recommend a replacement balance. Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match.
