Viking window parts for single hung windows

Question

We have several Viking windows in which the is part has failed. We have different numbers for different sized windows of 2230 and 2830. What do we replace these with?

Hey, Ken. Take a look at our S395-23 with a 2230 option and our S395-29 with a 2830 option. I think these will match up to your balance hardware. Let me know what you think.
