Your operator resembles the 39-176 or 39-096, depending on the bracket your assembly uses, compared to the images below.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for the lock shown in your photos. We still carry the 38-295 handle, but the opposite-handed version was discontinued. For the lock itself, your best bet may be to contact Pella or one of their dealers directly for assistance.
