Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with the hinges and operator, but not the lock and keeper. Your lock and keeper are older Silver Line brand parts and were discontinued some time ago. We know of no substitute at this time.

Moving on to the parts we do have, I recommend our 39-330 and 39-329 ROTO operators. These look like they match up to yours, but look over our photos and dimensions and let me know what you think.

Your hinge is actually also discontinued, but we do have a substitute in the form of our 36-048. It looks a little different but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be good to go.

Yep! That's exactly right. Each 36-048 set comes with a top and bottom hinge.
