Window Balance 32 3 CN Caldwell

Question

I am looking for a replacement window balance for a vinyl non-tilt Alpine single hung window sash. The channel is 1/2" X 33". Window is 44-1/4"X26-5/8"X1-5/8" with insulated glass. I do not have a scale to weigh the window. The stamp on the window balance is 32 3 CN Caldwell. I need one replacement.

Hello Leigh. I believe you may need our Series 385 channel balance. When reviewing this, you want to make certain that the measurements of your balance shoe match to ours. If everything seems to be matching up, then you should be ok.
