Can you provide two replacement window balance springs to replace the one shown in the photos? It is marked "25-4 Caldwell J". The pulley mechanism broke on this one and I should probably replace both sides to keep the window balanced.

Thank you for reaching out to us, David. Your bottom balance shoe appears that it may measure 1-3/32" in depth. Could you please measure your bottom balance shoe to confirm this measurement? Take a look at the diagram below for assistance.
If this is correct, then you can go with our S385-26 with a 2540 option.
