Can you please help me identify and replace all needed parts for my window with broken coil springs on both sides. The vinyl windows are quite old and I haven't been unable to identify any brand/model markings on the window frame itself or on any of the hardware. Thank you for your time and any assistance you are able to provide.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance shoe reminds me of the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I'm confident this is the correct replacement but be sure to double check the dimensions.

This shoe uses the Series 190 Coil Balance. It is attached using the 33-073 screw. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on them to determine which of these is the correct match. If there are none, please see the tutorial (tagged below) for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option.
The pieces anchoring the coils to the window jamb are the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and 15-182 Balance Bushings.
