Hello, we purchased a home 4 years ago with Insulate (that's the name on the center locking lever) Vinyl Windows. We have 8 opening windows that appear to need the balance springs replaced. It's pretty difficult to open and close them. When I Googled servicing these parts, I was able to remove the balance springs for one window and take photos. Please see above. I need to know what replacement springs to purchase (a total of 16). They're all the same windows, with the same measurements.
Speaking of measurements, the channel portion of the balance (without plastic top or bottom) is 25 5/8".
