Several latches are brokens that need to be replaced. Do you have a replacement part like these.

Unfortunately, we don't have an exact replacement for this part. I don't think this kind of latch is made anymore. The only thing I can think to recommend is our 91-179. Could you convert this for use in your window in some way? Look it over and let me know what you think.
