This Latch has"LT" in front of a house as the logo. The sticker in the window is dated for 1993. It is a dual hung vinyl window. I am trying to discover the maker of this window. The mechanisms stick and the latches will not latch locked. Can anyone identify the LT logo of this vinyl window latch from 1993?
