Vinyl Window Lock and Tilt Latch

I'm trying to find sash lock and tilt latches for a MI Windows & Doors unit, installed in 2009. They have stopped selling parts for their product and gave this website as a possible supply source. The window lock has W3 and 45505 embossed on the bottom and the tilt latch has the following on the bottom: Pat. #5,139,291, 10G, and 092. I checked the patent number and found a large number of items tied to that number.

These are for 7000 series windows, with possible model numbers of 7040 and 7050.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We should definitely be able to help with both parts you're looking for.

Concerning the tilt latches, I think our 26-243 and 26-244 are our best options. I'm less certain about the lock, though. Before I recommend anything, can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. Yes, it does look like the 26-243 and 26-244 are the best options. The mounting hole measurement on the lock appears to be 2 1/16". The photo doesn't show the exact measurement, but it is more than 2 and less than 2 1/8". I've also included photos of the lock keepers as those would be needed as well, with those measurements. Please let me know if there is anything else you need!

Perfect, thank you, Kevin! We have two locks with a 2-1/16" hole spacing that I think are worth considering: the 90-161 and the 90-278. The difference between them is the hole offset; that is to say, the distance between the hole centers and the back edge of the lock. In the case of the 90-161, this measurement is 7/16". In the case of the 90-278, this measurement is 11/16". Please refer to each product's respective store page to see what I mean. I would choose one of these two locks depending on that same measurement on yours.

You'll also note both come with their own keeper, but neither will work for yours, as I'm sure you can tell. Instead, you can purchase the 90-237 separately. This looks like a dead ringer for what you're showing me here.
