Vinyl Window Part

Question

Do you know what this cracked piece is called so I can try and find a replacement? The one on the left side cracked, but the one on the right side is still fine. The window is from a former business called Republic Door and Window.

This part is called the coil support. We can help but I will need to see a photo of the pivot shoe. That will allow me to narrow down the compatible supports.
