These both came off a rental house window, the part that keeps the sash locked in a vertical position is 4" tall, 1" wide and 7/16" deep from front to back. Naturally, they come in a right and left hand both.
The part with the springs in it that the window mounts in are also needed, I need 2 left and 2 right.
Brand of window is not known.

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but your coil balance resembles our 15-087 housing pivot, which uses the Series 180 coil springs, 16-031 bracket, and other parts listed on our product pages.
