Vinyl Window - Piece Broken from Sill

Is there anything you can suggest to repair this piece of the sill (vinyl double hung windows) that has broken off. I don't think there is an entire piece that can be replaced as it looks likes an integral part of the frame. Just looking for any ideas to help - even if only cosmetic. The broken part is 7 inches. I new window was priced at over 800 for installing one window - yikes!

If you can remove the part and show us the butt end, like the drawing below, we can help. If the part can't be removed, seek a local window repair shop for a second opinion. SWISCO can't replace the frame itself.
