Vinyl Window Pivot Shoe.

A quick learner from USA says:
I have a number of windows all installed at the same time (approx. 20 years
ago), but cannot find any identification on the windows.

Attached find a photo of the pivot shoe balance with some dimensions.

Could you assist me in finding a replacement? The barrel part is the only
failed part, but probably a replacement is not available. The barrel part is
approx. 1/2" diameter by 1/2 " long, the slot is approx. 3/16 wide and 3/8"
tall.

If you have something close in size, do you have a minimum order value?

I would also be interested in the spring winder tool for the tubular spiral
balance. The tube measures about 5/8" diameter and has a red tip.

Please take a look and review our 15-188 pivot shoe. This shoe uses the metal center cam and blue back brake. Compare your measurements to ours and get back to us with some thoughts.
