Vinyl Window Replacement Spring/ shoe/ brake

Question

Hello,
I'm trying to identify some broken pieces for my vinyl window. I have a double hung tilt window with round springs (red). The plastic shoe/brake in the window track is broken. I'm unable to measure the track b/c that will involve cutting the window. I'm also unable to see any manufacturer markings on the window itself. I know they are approximately 20 years old. I'm hoping this is enough information to identify some sort of standard window repair kit?

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window, as well as know the width and thickness of the shoe, to identify a replacement for you. If you need the balance as well, we'll need to know the diameter and length of the metal tube.
