Vinyl Window Sash

Question

Hoping you can help me identify which parts I would need to replace the sashes for a vinyl window. I have added a few photos of one of the sashes. It is a 1/2 inch wide, the metal piece is 29' long and there is a number S830 stamped on the inside of the channel. There is another number on the outside of the channel which is 2830.

Any help in providing the correct replacement part would be much appreciated.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 28-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double-checking to be safe.
