Vinyl Window Tilt Latch

The latches were removed from a Champion vinyl window.  The window is at least 25 years old.
The left and right latches are marked on the bottom with a "L' and "R".
The right (R) latch has the number 98 on the bottom near the movable latch end.
The left (L) latch only as a partial number on the bottom in the same area as the right latch because the plastic is broken . The number ends with a 7.
