Vinyl Window Vent Stop Replacement

Question

I need six vent stop replacements. The dimensions are .1875" x 1.8125" measurement is part that sits inside the opening in window frame.

I am having trouble finding the exact dimensions.

I'm afraid we cannot find an exact match for this vent latch. The closest we have is our 26-122. This is designed to install in a cut out that is 5/16" wide by 1-29/32" high. See what you think.
