Vinyl Window Weatherstrip Identification

Question

I think I need 39" Dual-durometer Weatherstrip Product Code: 58-164, but I am not sure since mine looks slightly different than yours.

There are no markings on the windows that would identify the manufacturer so I have been having trouble locating replacements.

It installs in the window in a channel. The outside measurement is about 3/8" and the 'T' part is 3/16". The bubble is 1/4".

If I do purchase these, what is your return policy should they not fit once I receive them?
