These are on old Window World Windows. The windows are about 25 years old. Do you have these?

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the sash end cap shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
