Vinyl Window parts needed

I would like to ID and purchase a part for these. Each side has a lifting spring that connects to the tilt lock part. It lifts and locks when titled.

I also need the latch shown in picture two. I need left and right lift and lock parts and left and right tilt latches.

Please let me know if you can help.

Looks like you need new pivot shoes and tilt latches. I recommend our 15-192 pivot shoe, as well as our 26-243 and 26-244 latches. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to confirm that these parts will fit in your window.

I need that part that has the spring coil that is connected to the pivot one pivot shoe, it has a dual coil spring at the top. its is made to the shoe on one side the other side is popping out when tilting. you can see the metal coil running all the way to a plastic part that holds the coil itself.

Thanks for clarifying. It sounds like you need the spring cover, or maybe the springs themselves? Either way the springs would be our Series 170 (bottom) and Series 171 (top). The cover for each is our 15-156 with a 15-157 drum. The video below will show you how they all work together.

OK the item on the right side of the pic looks like my system. I will pull it out and take a picture of the whole mechanism. It looks like it is 1 piece not several pieces that need to be put together.

If there's no pre-existing cutout to remove your balance, then you'll have to make one. We have another video that explains how this can be done, which I will link below.

As for what parts you need, my recommendation from above is still the same. I am confident that those are the products you need.

I got some new pics with a tape measure. Its like 3.3 centimeters wide and 11.8 centimeters long.

I cant find a way to get this mechanism out of that track there. like its put in before the windows is made.

Please advise how to remove it and what part to replace it with if you can help I appreciate it.
