Vinyl Window repair. Need parts.

Question

The window won't stay up. We couldn't find any names, numbers or markings etc.
The pictures are of 2 parts that fit in the right hand side jamb channel. The spring mechanism looks kind of loose and bent and very different than one on the left side.

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, 15-186 balance Clip and 15-181 Drum. This system works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs. See the videos listed on this page. Let us know if you have any questions about this hardware.
