I have found this lock: DOUBLE HOOK MORTISE LOCK
Product Code: 82-238 on your website. It is an exact replacement for the lock on my door and I will be ordering it. I also need to replace 2 warped vinyl tracks, see pictures. The longer one is for the sliding screen door, it is 57" long, 9/16" high and also 9/16" wide. The shorter one is a spacer, it is 28 1/8" long, 1 1/8" high and 1 1/2" wide. Do you have these tracks?
The door was manufactured in about 2002 by American Integrity Corporation. They are no longer in business.
