Looks like your Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator is what I need. Mine is center mounted on bottom of the frame, about 5" wide. Please discuss with me before I order. I can send a picture for verification.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator looks like a closer match to the 39-239B shown below. This assembly uses the 39-536 pivot slides and 39-375 handle with cover. Look them over and let us know if you need anything else.
