Vinyl awning window crank needs replacing

Hello,

I'm hoping you can help me identify the correct replacement for the vinyl awning window crank in my bathroom. The visible window opening is approximately 30.5" x 18.25" with glass dimensions of approximately 24 7/8" x 13".

Given the window location (inside the shower) it will always be prone to rust. I'm wondering if I might increase the longevity of the crank by applying lubricant to the mechanism? If so, what would you recommend?

Finally, I'm located in Minneapolis, MN and am wondering if you have a local distributor here or if I'd need to order directly through you? If I need to order directly through you, what are the shipping charges?

Hi, Jalawn.

Your operator looks like it could be a match for something like our 39-083 or 39-140. Look over our dimensions and compare them with your old assembly to confirm if one of these matches up.

You can lubricate your operator with silicone spray but there's not really much you can do to prolong the life of it, unfortunately. I'm sorry we can't offer a better solution.
