Take a look at our 38-099 and 38-100 multi point locks, from Truth. I took a look at the bracket you show in your photo to see how they compare to the mounting brackets that come in these kits. On the front is #40538, and on the back is #40539. Recheck the numbers on your bracket to see if you have reversed the #3 and #5. This could be the part you are looking for.
