When it rain, the track has standing water and overflow to the kitchen

Thank you for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say I wouldn't be able to identify the weatherstripping replacement you need based on the photos you have here. I'll need to see an end profile of an undamaged piece removed from the window to confirm the right replacement.

Take a look at the video below for an idea of what we look for to identify the weatherstripping.

More picture I am able to remove strip off the piece of the vinyl. The strip is 34" the foam is 5/16 " and the black. Piece is 7/16

The photos provided don't quite show the end profile of the seal, so the shape is a bit difficult to make out. Your seal looks like it could possibly be the 58-056E and 58-201 Swinging Door Compression Foam Seals. See if either of these can work for you.
