Vinyl casement window parts

Home Owner from Hawaii
Aloha Folks,

I need to replace the hardware on 2-vinyl casement windows at my house. I'm a retired general contractor and will replace the hardware myself. I will need 2-sets of stainless steel hardware (top and bottom), 1-left hand and 1-right hand, as shown in the photos. I'll need the crank mechanisms shown in these photos as well. the crank mechanisms are some type of painted metal, other than stainless steel. and are corroding as well. Without removing the hardware, the only markings I was able to find on the stainless steel hardware was "Interlock, 12C-IS23, RE". On the top and bottom mechanism arms. Can you provide this?

Mahalo,
Ron

Hello, Ron. Your hinge is an old style that isn't made anymore. We don't have a direct substitute, either. You may be able to use our 36-004-10, but I cannot guarantee that it will work. Look it over and see if you think you could install this on your window.

As for the operator, we may have something suitable, but I'd like you to remove it from the window first. Specifically, I want to see the end of the long arm and how it interacts with the track. There are a few different operators that match this style but they slide in the track in different ways. I need that detail to narrow it down some.
