Thanks for posting! I'm certain we can provide a replacement recommendation for the window balances you have. Although, I'll need to see a photo of them removed from the window to determine the best replacement match.

The view of the shoe is obstructed by the window channel, so it is hard to make out its exact replacement. I'll also need to know how the balance installs at the top of the window sash. Does is screw in or does it use a clip?

I believe your balance can be replaced with the S751-27 Channel Balance. The length of your channel should be 27". The clip at the top of the channel can be replaced with the 19-030 Long S-Clip.

The stamp on your balance does not cross-reference with those on our balances. You'll need to confirm the exact sash weight to determine which option is best for your window.
