I do have some bad news; your pivot shoe is no longer available and the manufacturer has gone out of business; however, after some research, we believe the dimensions of your pivot shoe are 2-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick, so there is a good chance you may be able to use our 15-118 as a replacement. The best way to confirm that is to review the measurements between yours and ours carefully to see if this is what you have been looking for.
