Vinyl double hung window-broken tab/anchor point

A quick learner from Pittsford, Vermont says:
Hi folks I'm trying to locate a replacement part for my vinyl window. The "tab" which comes from the window and is inserted into the tension system (which is in the vinyl window frame) was broken/twisted off. I took the vinyl window apart and pulled out the metal part/anchor point so I could locate a replacement part. The tab actually has a notch in it. Hopefully that shows up in the photos. The part also has 2 screw holes to attach window frame to it. Let me know if you need more info.
Thanks very much.
Chris
PS-thanks for the info you sent me previously on weatherstripping. Already placed my order on that!!!!

Hi, Chris. This pivot bar looks just like our 26-416. It come in sets. Check the dimensions to be sure before you place an order.
