Vinyl glaze replacement

A home owner from Milton ga says:

I need enough material to reglaze two 54"x20" panel casement swing out windows. The house is 25 years old.
The profile is attached with marked measurement of 1/4" by 1/2". Color is light grey but crème or white will work.
