The three windows and one sliding patio door are described further in the attached job number description obtained at the time of purchase in 2004.
Insurance estimates a need for 114 LF, presumably 36 LF for the three windows and 78 LF for the patio door.
My contractor could contact you if there is some possibility of obtaining the parts.

I'm afraid your pictures don't help. I recommend referring to the example diagram Casey sent in her first response. That's the angle we need. It will require you to remove a small sample and show us its end profile. In the meantime, I recommend looking through our entire selection here.
