Vinyl glazing strips

Question

was replacing window panes only and trying to take these out they kinda fell apart in my hands.brittle..already have the panes so..sigh.any help would be appreciated or a alternative way to keep the panes in place.thanks. Tom

Thank you for contacting us. The glazing bead you show in your photo looks like the 55-011. Check to see if the dimensions line up to yours.
