Vinyl replacement window broken tilt and opening device for a lower window

The piece connected to the bottom window broke. This is the piece that connects to the frame for up and down mechanism and tilt.
thanwondows were installed approximately 15 years ago and do not have any product information.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. This pivot bar appears to be a match for our 26-423, but I'd advise you to compare it to an undamaged version to verify. Otherwise I feel confident that this is a winner.
