Customer has many broken spiral balance pivot lock shoe
9/16 deep x 1 1/4" wide x 2" long
once we identify broken locks (seperate inquiry) and pivot lock shoes we will count
The windows have no stickers, numbers or markings anywhere, likely from 1990's

Unfortunately, we do not carry an suitable replacement for the sash lock shown in your photos. We do offer the 90-257 face-mounted keeper that is similar to yours but the determining factor would be how the dimensions below compare to yours.

As for the pivot shoe, take a look at the 15-118, which has the same width and thickness you provided. I'd recommend removing an intact pivot shoe from the window to confirm the specifications match. Thanks for posting!
