Vinyl shower door sweep

Question

Need to replace a T-shaped shower door sweep. Dimensions are: 18" x 1/2" x 3/32". This is on an 18"door mounted on a 36"wide Aqua Glass shower that was installed in 1987. There are no identifying labels on the shower door.
