Vinyl stipping

For an International Window patio door probably manufactured in/around 1999.
This brown vinyl stripping is in the form of T, with the bottom (vertical) member at a 20 degree angle from vertical. Dimensions (approximate): Top (horizontal) member of the "T": .3 inch (or 7 millimeters) wide, and .04 inch (1.5 millimeter) thick; slanted Vertical member: .1 inch (2.5 mm) long, .02 inch (1 mm) thick.
I need enough of this vinyl to fit into a groove the full length of an 8 foot tall patio door.
