Vinyl tilt window hardware

Question

I'm inquiring about tightening the springs on my
vinyl windows. I assume that I would need the 75-006 tool for this.The
rods on the window are 25 inches with a red tip at the end and I think
about 5/8 inch in diameter as seen in the attached picture.the shoe is
shown also. Based on the shoe and the tilt window design am I correct
with the tool part number and do you have the rods and shoes for these
windows if I would need them?

Yes, you are correct. Our 75-006 charging tool should be able to charge your spiral balances so that they can regain their tension. As for the balance and shoe, see our S600-25 and 15-015, respectively. Just make sure the dimensions on the pivot shoe are the same as ours (1-1/4" wide x 17/32" thick).
