I don't see a replacement for this style of keeper in your online catalog. In addition, I am not sure how it is attached, at least it is not obvious to me. I have several of these that are broken. Can you help?

Unfortunately, this keeper has been discontinued for quite a while and we've never been able to find a source or alternative replacement for it.
As for how it installs, I'm not positive since we've never worked with this part but I think part of the sash frame keeps it in place.
