This is for a 30" x 22" upper sash in a vinyl window.
Can you identify it

I would need at least 8 along with the tilt insert.

This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, along with the 15-181 Double Support Clip. This system uses our Series 190 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have further questions.

Can you give me a list of all the parts I would need?
I see a 532 on the coil.

Hey Bill. If one of the coils is stamped '532', then the S190-540 5 lb spring sounds right to me. Just make sure the second spring is also stamped the same, or has a different marking. The 15-180 shoe, 15-181 Double Support, and 15-182 Bushing are the other components you would need, though note that Coil Balance systems are modular, meaning you only need to replace the parts that are broken.
