Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance is a match for the Series 380 or Series 385. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below.

If there isn't a stamp on the metal channel, you'll need to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the correct stamp option. There's a chart under the S380 and S385 product descriptions that will tell you what stamp option is best based on the weight of the window sash.

Please also note that the length of the replacements is determined by measuring only the metal channel.
