Vinyl window balance repair parts - Manufacture ?

Good Day -

I have approximately 16 vinyl windows in my home that need to have both balancers replaced in each window. The window sizes are 82 inch tall by 35 inch wide inside of window casing dimensions. The windows are approximately 20 yrs old as the original windows on the house. We do not know the name of the manufacture of the windows.

Questions :

1) can you tell us possible names of the manufacture of these windows based on this information and 5 attached photos showing the spring balancer and plastic attachment that attaches to horizontal metal rods at the bottom of both sides of each window?

2) does SWISCO have the replacement springs and plastic attachment pieces we can order from you ? If not, do you have a recommendation of where we can go to get these replacement springs and attachment pieces ?

The hardware shown here has been used for many different window manufacturers. That said, one possibility is that the manufacturer could be Caradco. However, its not a guarantee but it may be a good place to start.

Unfortunately, we do not sell the jamb liner springs. Since this is likely a wood window you will want to contact a local mill work to see if they can make you all new jamb liners.
