I have several that are broke. I need to replace at least four. Do you have these for me?

Hi there!

With this combination of fittings, it looks like you have our S350-25 channel balance. You'll also need to weigh your sash on a scale to choose the appropriate spring strength option. There's a chart on the S350's product page that will tell you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.

Keep in mind, when determining length, be sure to only measure the metal channel. Your stamp reads "24B" which means your metal channel should measure 25".

If you have any further questions just let us know!

I weighed my window. It weighs 11 1/2 pounds. Will you please use this information along with the pictures I sent you to purchase 4 of these balancers.

Emily from SWISCO responded:

If your sash weighs exactly 11.5 pounds, you'll need the 2420 spring strength option. This is for a sash weighing 9 to 15 pounds. I'm afraid I can't place the order for you on my end, but all orders can be placed directly on our website at your convenience.

Thank you!
